Organic Royal jelly is a potent, milky, pale yellow, creamy liquid with a strong taste. At room temperatures, it has the consistency and looks of vanilla pudding. Queen bees live exclusively on royal jelly, which is thought to account for their incredible size, fertility, and longevity.

SHIPPING AND STORAGE

We ship your product with a cooling pack. This pack may be thawed upon arrival (dependent upon weather and shipping method chosen). We prefer to ship Fresh Royal Jelly orders from Monday through Wednesday and recommend (especially during warmer months) for you to choose Next Day or 2nd Day air options to ensure the quickest transit time possible. Orders that use the expedited options will be shipped Monday through Wednesday only.  Orders that utilize the ground shipping method will be shipped the next business day Monday – Friday.

During warmer periods of the year, your Fresh Royal Jelly may arrive to you defrosted.  Please be assured that this has not affected the potency or integrity of the Fresh Royal Jelly. This substance is naturally eaten in the hive where temperatures can exceed over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. We choose to keep it frozen or refrigerated because that extends the shelf-life of the Fresh Royal Jelly. We advise that you put it in the fridge or freezer as soon as you receive it, to preserve its freshness.  Please note that any other product in your order will be required to ship using the same shipping method.
